Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Wednesday December 7th to Wednesday December 21st at midnight.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk or with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on December 21st, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order directly to the address provided.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically are received 3 to 4 weeks after the pop-up shop closes, they are expected to ship out late-January.

What if my shirt doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These shirts are made to order so please check the sizing guide in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email UWMedicineSwag@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your shirt has been packaged to be sent. If it has not been packaged, you may change your shirt size.

What if I have product suggestions for the next pop-up shop?

Products change based on your feedback. Your participation in this pop-up and feedback about items offered will help us best direct future efforts to tailor and improve offerings to meet the UW Medicine’s varied needs. Other types and styles of items will be offered as part of future campaigns. Leave feedback and ideas by contacting Tami Horner.
